Saroj Kumar Pandey has over 25 years of experience in providing legal services and assistance on issues relating to capital market and has successfully handled various assignments in relation thereto.

Mr. Pandey has been actively involved in incorporation and structuring of companies, advising on private equity placements, corporate matters, management agreements, mergers & acquisitions, de-mergers, bought out deals, public and rights issues of shares & securities, commercial agreements, winding-up and insolvency, environmental law, tax laws and insurance laws and regulations.

He has also been involved in drafting and reviewing foreign currency syndicated loan documentation, financial guarantees, obtaining regulatory approvals from RBI and providing legal opinions on escrow mechanisms and perfection of security interest of lenders and enforcement of securities, in case of default by borrower(s).

He has worked with many of the renowned industruy players such as PBB Housing Finance Limited, Indiabulls Housing fiancé Limited, LIC Housing Finance Limited, State bank of India, ARCIL, Religare, ICRA, DIPAM, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, DLF, Signature Global and other builders of PAN India.
